Ⅱ Properties and application

● EEP (Ethyl 3-Ethoxypropionate) solvent is an -ester of low VOC with excellent dissolubility for a wide range of coating polymers.

● Its ester, linear structure and propionyl group in the center of the molecule give this material a combination of desirable properties that are not found in other solvents. Such as low evaporation rate, good resistance to solvent popping in baking applications,high dissolubility for a wide range of coating polymers.

● Low solvent viscosity, good solvent release property in coatings, gives exceptional flow and leveling with a wide range of coatings. In addition, its medium odour, low surface tension, high resistivity, has a special function of resisting thickness and black of silver power, anti- Sedimentation in aluminum paste while using.

● Ethyl 3-Ethoxypropionate is widely used in vehicle painting(original coat,refinishing coat),plastic paint, coating of household electrical appliance,also in screen print ink,other ink and graphic product,slow-dry solvent of high-grade ink, even in micro-electronics industry(like photo resist, dilunent,electronic abluent).
