F2872=NH2872 Low Viscosity Polyaspartic Polyurea Resin
Typical two-component coatings are not significantly affected by atmospheric humidity, however, changes in temperature do affect the cure response somewhat. ALI resins are affected by both, atmospheric humidity level and to a lesser degree by temperature. Relative humidity can have a dramatic change to dry time and pot life. Water/moisture in your coating system will have a catalytic effort on the cure response and pot life of final coatings. The addition of moisture from 0.10% to 0.20% can shorten the dry time in half.
Changes in temperature can also affect pot life/dry time but not as dramatically as the addition of moisture. The combination of moisture and temperature should be considered when developing a formulation. Creating a ladder study to evaluate changes in relative humidity and temperature should be conducted to correctly predict dry times/pot life recommendations.

Ⅱ Properties and application
●FEISPARTIC F2872 is Aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates,it’s the same model as NH2872 XP, could be used for the formulation of high-solids, two-component polyurethane topcoats and solvent-free coating materials
● FEISPARTIC F2872 could serve as chain extender or R component in polyurea coating. It could also react with –NCO functional HDI trimmer from which longer gelling time and excellent yellow resistance can be achieved. F2872 could be applied to high solid anti-corrosion coating, high flexibility waterproofing coating, solvent free sealant and high rebound elasticity flooring coating.
1. Lower viscosity, can be reactive diluent in Polyaspartic system
2. Could be made into environmental coatings which has high solid content with low viscosity.
3. The reactivity is modest, could be used to extend working time
4. Providing excellent hardness, leveling property, gloss and touch feel to the coating
5. Paint film can offer excellent low temperature flexibility, waterproof and solvent resistance as well as acid and alkali resistance etc.
6. Can react with our elastic curing agent to make elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties of which elongation can reach to 400%.
