(a) Surface preparation& Repair
Clean the tile surface, get rid of the dust and grease
(a) Brush the vertical surface
Mix component A and component B with the ratio of 1: 0.45, make it stirred thoroughly.The hight of vertical surface is recommended higher
than 1.5m, coverage is 0.2 kg/m2- 0.3 kg/m2( thickness about 0.15mm-0.25mm)
Begin the process at the top of the wall and work down to the floor. Complete the walls first and then begin the process on the floor.
- Brush the flooring surface
Mix component A and component B with the ratio of 1: 0.45, make it stirred thoroughly. Recommended coverage is 0.3 kg/m2-0.4 kg/m2( thickness about 0.2mm-0.3mm)
Using a natural-bristle brush, apply one coat covering all surface area evenly with a layer of PS 8800.
- Ready for use
Keep the room ventilatory for 8-12 hours, then it’s open for use.
